deactivating a port

i'm trying to conect a printer via a mac airport. I need to enter the IP
address for the airport in the TCP/IP menu. but the port is alredy in
operation. how to I find and deleate this port ( i don't know it' number)

Are you running the airport wireless through your Mac? Not enough
information to really understand what you're trying to do.
