Hello,
Please help me with DCPROMO.Promotion request for domain controller of new domain It goes well but when it start configuring active directory it gives "overlapped I/O operation is in progress" and promodc.log shows "Failed to create the system volume (997)
There is Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 295712 ,But I dont ahave Tape back up drive or software on System.What I have is F-secure Anti-virus and WebIntelligence software.I had Easy Creater Cd Writer Software But that I uninstalled and Restarted But still I am getting same error
System Specs:IBM P III 966Mhz ,512 MB RAM and scsi 13 GB free disk Sapce

The computer requires a network connection to install AD. Even if you
connect the server to a hub.
