db2 commands on .net

hi,
i'm using db2 v8.2 and .net 2005. i'm trying to execute db2 commands
but i can't . forexample, i can't get list of aliases or i can't create
a new database. how can i solve this problem?
please help me.
 
You'll have to issue db2's DDL statements or use their management library if
they have one.
