Days between dates including start day and weekends

I need to find the number of days between two days, but I need to include the
start date, and not the end date.

For example:
Start: 1/7/08
End: 2/6/08
Result = 30

I'm using Excel 2003.

Dates in Excel are maintained as numbers. January 1, 1900 is day 1, January
2, 1900 is day 2, etc. January 9, 2008 is day 39,456. Excel duplicates Lotus
1-2-3's error that there is a February 29, 1900. There was not. 1900 was not
a leap year. Some date routines claim to be able to maintain dates from the
year 100 through 9999. They have forgotten the 11 days dropped from the
calendar by Pope Gregory, of Gregorian calendar fame, in the 1500's in
Europe and later in the 1700's in North America and they do not take into
account the 1 day adjustment that will be made in the 3000's. Oh well! So
much for dates.

I guess I was thinking about it too hard - should've known.

Now, how about if I need to add the end date as well? Should I just add 1,
or is there a better way?

Yes, just add 1 to your formula.
