TClock allows you to modify the clock on the taskbar in Windows. TClock
Light is a simple version of TClock.

I'm not at all sure that your guess as to what he's asking is correct, but
if it is, I second the recommendation for TClock (not to be confused with
Tclockex, a similar, but inferior, in my view, program).
