Dawn of War/DirectX - System initialization failure

I loaded Dawn of War and DirectX 9.0 to my system but game will not load.
System initialization Failure: Spooge driver not found.
I have AMD Athlon 1.7 ghz processor with 224 mb mem with a S# Prosavage DDR
graphics card.
Where can I get spooge driver?

I don't think the Prosavage DDR is actually supported. If you check in the
Readme file it will list the supported graphics cards.

For gaming it just wouldn't cut it even if it was supported. If you're
serious about gaming I'd look at doubling your RAM and getting at least a
Radeon 9600 Pro or equivalent. You'll see a huge improvement not only in
Windows but games as well.
