DateTimePicker button bigger?

Hi,
i have a DateTimePicker, but how can i make the drop down button bigger?
(I know that i can change the font size, but the make the button looks
slim....how can i make it wider?)

and also once u clicked the DateTimePicker, i want the button for both
"previous" & "next" month to be bigger as well.

is it possible to do that?
Please if anyone can help.

If it is not possible, i am thinking to create another 2 buttons and place
ontop of the current "previous" and "next" month button?

How will the code be to change the calendar to next month? or previous?
