DateTime Picker for PDA

Sorry folks, being a bit dense here.

I need a DateTime Picker for a PDA application I'm
building. Couldn't see one in the standard tools so
search Microsoft. Found one. Downloaded it. Now what?
How do I get the DateTime Picker tool onto my tool bar?
