datediff

I have 2 dates. I need the difference between the two dates in days exluding
weekends. I'm not very good at codes and expressions and what not so if you
could really spell it out for me I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

When I open this up I don't know which one I'm supposed to try or exactly how
to go about entering the codes. Can you dummy it down for?

The writer had put comments in the header blocks of the 2 functions so you
should read them carefully and see which one you should use.
