I have a form with multiple sections/pages. I want to be able to type the
date in once in the first form fields, and have it show on all pages.

Sections are allowed to break between pages and consist of tables, with the
header row appearing at the top if the section splits. I need to keep this
feature and tried to insert the date in the header row, but can't figure out
how to prevent having to type the date (as a form field) in each section.
 
The way I do this is to have the date on the first page in a style called
"Date." I then use a StyleRef field to reproduce that elsewhere. Otherwise,
