Date & QuickLaunch hidden...

After setting mouse cursor on Time (right down corner of the screen) I can
see (sometime) only a thin fragment of the "smoke" with date, the rest
beeing hidden behind the bar. The same with Quick Launch icons. Can I
control this error?

That's all well and good, but unless Kelly forgot to mention that the
program solves the problem with video drivers that causes a portion of the
Tooltips to be hidden behind the taskbar, his program does not fix this
problem. This is a problem that must be solved by an updated driver and has
been a problem with video drivers going back to Windows 98.
