Date query fails when updating from 2000 to 2002 or later

I have a DB created in Access 2000 in which I use DateAdd("d",-30,Date()) to
retrieve records 30 days back from todays date (whatever date that is). Works
OK in 2000 but copy the db to pc running Access 2002 it fails with Undefined
function 'Date' in expression. Anyone have a solution to this?
