I have two questions if anyone can help. I need to
calculate birth dates from Now().
(1) How can I set the criteria on a date field so that the
birth date returned is equal to or greater than 12 years.
(2) The second question is how can I set up a field that
looks at the date field in years, without Access rounding
up to the next year? That is if a date 20 years, 8 months,
3 days the result is 20 not 21 years.
