I'm in the UK and I have my clock set to the correct Tiem Zone, but dates are
still shown in the US format (12/31/1999) instead of the UK format
(31/12/1999). Where do I go to make sure that dates are shown in UK format.

Thanks

Check in Control Panel for location setting in "Regional and Language
Options" to ensure you show UK location. You can also use the
"customize" button to set what you want if default for UK not good enough.

Watcha!

Got to Regional and Language Options in Control Panel. From there ensure
English (United Kingdom) is set and then go to Customise...er sorry
customize! There you will see Number, Currency, Time and Date Tabs - the
rest is down to you!

Control Panel - Regional and Language Settings, Regional Options.

Simplest is to select English (United Kingdom) in the Drop-down, and
Apply - you can then click the Customise button for fine tuning
