Hello,
I am new to acces and I am trying to format the date in access so that 1929
reads 1929 and not 2029. How can I do that?

Thank you.

Type 1929 and that should do it. Most modern databases will default to
2029 if you only type the 29.

If you enter 1929, it will display that. If you enter "29" it will assume
2029. If a date is stored as 2029, then you can;t display it as 1929. It
will display what is stored, you just need to make sure to store the correct
information.
