Date Format

I want to fix the date format as "12 Mar 04

- I set the date format as "dd/mm/yy" and also set the system date as dd/mm/y
- when i type 12/03/04 --> 12-Mar-0
but when i type as 03/12/04 by mistake --> 3-Dec-0

Is there anyway to fix month even i swap between month and date type

Hi VS!

I really can't see what you are trying to achieve. From what you have
given it appears that you are getting what you have asked for.

Don't confuse entry with what the computer stores and what is
displayed in the Intellisence format. These are three different but
related issues.

If you're trying to restrict entries to March then take a look at Data
Validation.
