I have several users on the Access database I maintain. I
have only one user with the following problem which I
can't determine what's causing the error. Everytime he
enters a date in a date field, on the first digit it bring
up an error message that it's not the correct data type or
the data entered is too big for the field. He clicks "OK"
then he can finish entering the date. I watched him do
this and get this error and he is only typing the first
digit--nothing else. I can't replicate the error on my
machine. No other user is having this problem. I have
checked the field properties and everything seems to be in
order. There are no events attached to the field on the
form such as "after update". Has anyone ever seen this
type of error before or give me any idea why this is
happening. Thanks for any help I can get.
