I am having a problem with Outlook displaying correctly.
The date appears twice in a row. Once in English and
followed by arabic lettering or something like that.

Example: June 21, 2004 21 (jiberish) 2004

Does anyone know how to make the date only display once
and just in English?

do you have an alternate calendar enabled in tools, options, calendar?
