Date calculations

I am trying to get my form to work out start dates and end dates but i want
it to work on working days only ie MONDAY TO FRIDAY. So if i make a product
on A Monday and it takes till the following monday i want it to give me the
result 6 days i do not want it to calculate the weekend.
