Dataset clear and refill problem

I have a probleme with a dataset in a VB.net Form

when i want to clear and refill a dataset i have to wait 3 seconds to have
the updated values.

If i don't wait for this time, i have always the old values.

the database is always updating with success.

this update is managed with SqlDataAdapter
