I've got a workbook with multiple pages which performs engineering calculations. Currently, I have about 200 identical work books in a directory with the number growing everyday. I would like to build a work book which could pull certain data our of each workbook and display that data in columns in this workbook very similar to building a view in a database program.

Am I barking up the wrong tree or is this possible?

I have a similar need: I am trying to summarize 200+ small design projects, each in a separate workbook, to summarize the status of cost, billings, and collections to date. Can't seem to find a template that fits. Any suggestions as to where to find templates outside of the microsoft site
