Database Unknown userdefined type in Access 2000 - BCP

I am in the process of trying to convert an Access 97 database to Access
2000. When I went to compile one of my modules I received an error that
database was an undefined data type. Is there an equivelent type I can use?
If not how do I code db.execute?
 
From any module Tools|References and make sure you have DAO 3.6 checked.

Ok, very funny. Looking at my sign, I thought it was just a mistake of the
city in Wisconsin that I live in
