What do you mean?
The files you created or the programs to edit them?

If the former.. What antivirus application do you use? How often have you
updated? When was the last time you updated Windows with the Critical
updates?

If the latter, you have to install these applications yourself. They do not
come with Windows.

Have you purchased and installed any such applications?

Neither the Microsoft Office application suite, nor any of its
individual component applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,
Outlook, etc.), have _ever_ been "part" of *any* Windows operating
system. They are, and always have been, separate applications, that
must be purchased and installed separately.
