database result links to pdf files

I have an Access database with about 5000 records.
Each record contains 8 fields describing the contents of a PDF file.I want
to make a web with a database results page, where i have a hyperlink to the
PDF file.I can make the search but can't make the hyperlinks to the pdf
file. Can anybody help me?
