Data Validation

I have a worksheet that I am working on and the data validation (list)
is not working. I have tried clearing the validation and redoing it
but the drop down box still does not appear.

Thoughts?
 
Did you make sure "In-cell dropdown" has been enabled?

If so, do you get a dropdown arrow when you select the cell but no list appears?
