Data Validation

I currently have a basic macro set up so when the user has filled in the
appropiate form - he/she presses the button and this sends the form to
their Lotus Notes account ready to send.

However, I need to have the form checked to make sure that all the
relevenat fields have been filled in (no blank).

Can anyone help? I'm on Excel 2000.
