Data Validation & Drop Down Boxes

I used data validation …selected the option for use of a drop dwon
box…selected the option to tie to the list so no other data could be entered
except what was in the list. Went along and did other work in the file…now
I've gone back and my drop down boxes are missing! You can still only eneter
the data that I allowed from the list but no drop down box shows???

Please help I need my user to see those drop down boxes!
 
After further looking, it appears it may have something to to do the
formatting maybe ??? I have other worksheets in the workbook that use the
same type of validation & boxes and they are working. It's just that the
boxes are showing on this page (even when you highlite them)
