data transfer-HD to HD

my C:/ drive is failing. I have installed & formatted a 2nd drive (F:), & want to transfer the contents of the failing C:/ to F:/ & junk the old C:/. Does any one know how to go about this ?? or is it even possible??

You can use Norton Ghost for that...if your hard drive is still all readable,
you won't have to reinstall windows or anything. It's not free though. :(
 
There may have been a program disk included that will do
this for you. If not, a 3rd party (Ghost) will do it.
