Data recovery from WORM_NYXEM.E affeted excell files--very urgent

Any one plz reply me how to recover data from worm_nyxem.e affected excell
files. While opening the file there is an error --data error--. I tried with
removal tools like trend micro. It removes the worm but, lost full data in
it.The excell file will become 1kb after the virus infection. Is there any
tool or any way to recover data from these affetcted files. Thnks in adv.

Thnks nick for support. i tried with FixBmalE.exe of nortnon. but not able to recover the data in the office xp files. That is showing as-- data error--.
