I have a report that shows correctly in print preview, but when printed out
on paper, on column is filled with the value "#Error" Many people through
out the company use this report but I only have one user reporting the
problem. I'd appreciate any thoughts!! Thanks in Advance.

If the report works correctly on all machines except one, you will be
looking to find out what is wrong with the setup on that machine.

First thing to do would be check the references.
On that machine, press Ctrl+G to open the Immediate window.
Then choose References on the Tools menu.
Anything marked "MISSING"?
More info on references:

If that is not productive, check the service packs and file versions on this
machine. Locate msaccess.exe (typically in program files\microsoft
office\office), right-click and choose Properties. What version (Version
tab)? Then locate msjet40.dll (typically in windows\system32). What version?
Are these the same as on the computers that do work? If not, apply the
service packs from:
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/sp

It would also be worth checking that this machine does not have duplicated
dlls, so that the wrong one may actually be loading.

Thank you for your input Allen. I don't know why I didn't think of it
myself, but when I checked I noticed that this user was using an outdated
version of Jet. Once I updated that, the problem went away. I really
appreciate the help!!
