Data entry problem in table

I am getting an error message "Invalid Argument - Error 3001" every time I
try to add or change data in my forms and tables. Suggestions???
 
Go to the code module with <ALT> F11 and then to Tools>Options>General tab
and set it to Break on All Errors. Then when you get the error again, choose
to debug the error and then post the highlighted line here so we can see it.
