Data Base Panel Display

I am using Office Professional 2003. I must have done something wrong,
because now when I open my DB, the top (blue portion) of the panel is hid
under the top tool bars. How do I reset it back to the "normal" positon
where I can view the total panel?? Thanks in addition for any help you can
give me. hvc
