The file of type txt is not available in access97. I
removed office 97 and performed custome install, during
the intallation it showed text and html drivers were
installed and they were checked and gryed out. How could
I enable the txt to be as an option when I need to import
a text file.

This is a problem with the registry, i.e. there is something that needs
re-registering before it will work.

Sorry about that. The registry problem is with accwiz.dll.
