when I was uninstalling DAP (Download Accelerator Plus), DAP asked
from me about to delete a file (i don't remember exactly what file is)
with options "Yes to all, No to all, etc" . i choosed "Yes to all"
option and uninstalling is finished successfully. After i reboot my
computer, admistrative user rights were changed to non admistrative.
for example my admin user is not adminstrative now. Also,
Antivirus(Norton Antivirus) program is don't running and Regedit,
taskmanager asking from me an admistrative user.

Help me please

Your computers root 'administrator' account should be fine, try logging in
as it, however if there is a problem, most likely it wasn't cause by the
removal of DAP and rather another action made before you rebooted.

If you can, try doing a System Restore (Start->All Programs-> Accessories ->
System Tools -> System restore) and see if that restores your accounts,
however it is unlikely that it will.

Ultimately, if you cannot login to windows as an administrator you have only
3 options:

1) try to find some software on the net that will help you recover/ create
a administrator account (keep in mind these pieces of software are somewhat
usually use for illegal purposes and I suggest that you use with caution in
regards to viruses etc...)
2) Try repairing Windows using your Genuine XP CD
3) Plug the Hard Drive into another computer, back up your files, and re
install windows.

Best of luck,

the program obviously
modified the registry.

have you tried the
system restore feature?

you might also
go into safemode and
try the add/remove programs
to uninstall that software.

the warnings you bypassed
may have been from
Norton providing you
with advisories about
allowing that software
to modify the registry.

so it's likely your
Norton might have
created somekind
of backup of the system
to fall back on, whether it
be within Norton or in
the operating system.
