We have a 42" flat screen in the reception area of the front office. A Power
Point Presentation Slide Show Plays continuously. I change the presentation
often to anounce visitors, etc. I would like to be able to automatically
display the current day and date (example) - Today is Friday, 21 November
2008. I could enter it on a daily basis, but if take a day off, the day and
date would be incorrect.

Is it possible to perform this task?
Thank you very much for any assistance offered.

Maybe this would work

Type in (master maybe) "Today is " and then INSERT time and date. Choose the
date format and tick update auto.

This will only update if you stop the presentation for a second and restart
it. (esc then f5)

If you want this to happen unattended I think you will need code.
