Dabs value graphics cards

Are they any good? Specifically this one.

It's about £30 cheaper than other 6600GT AGP cards.

The reason I haven't put this in my other thread is that it's nothing to do with the PC I am building - my brother's upgrading his and wants a good graphics card (AGP) for about £100.
 
they probably have slower clock speeds than the other cards but they should be fine
 
Dabs Value are just the cheapest makes around, Dabs dont actualy make any of them. theay are makes that no one has ever herd of. it says so somewhere on their website
