CYMK in Word

I would like to have CYMK as a color option in word, due to our color
standards. is there a way to change that? HSL is the only other option.
 
No, not supported in Word, you'd need to get a mapping, perhaps from your
graphics program. Google for "RGB CMYK conversion" for explanations and
limitations.
