CWShredder version 1.53.1 fixes a program bug

Just out is an update for the previous CWShredder version 1.53 which
contained a programming bug, the result of which was CWS.AboutBlank being
continually detected and REMOVED. Merijn -the programs writer and creator-
acknowledged the bug as being present in XP / Win2000. I however have reason
to believe it also affected W98/se as well. I was stuck in a continuous loop
of detecting and "removing" this CWS.AboutBlank, despite running the
program -to the exclusion of everything else- back to back three times in a
row.

Present updated version is now 1.53.1
