cwbtfxla.xll add-in error

I am trying to install the add-in cwbtfxla.xll (from IBM-
Data Transfer From the ISeries).

I am able to install it in MS Excel 2000 (9.0.2720), but
when I try to install it on a machine with MS Excel 2000
(9.0.6926 SP-3) I get the error, "cwbtfxla.xll is not a
valid add-in".

Does anyone have suggestions on what the problem could be?

I searched for cwbtfxla.xll and found two versions of the file:

one was in:
c:\program files\ibm\client access\archive\code\ftexcel1\shared
dated: 11/28/2000 (size 40k)

And one in:
c:\program files\ibm\client access\shared
dated: 05/05/2001 (size 49k)

I'm using Client Access Express Version 5.0.

I'm not sure what the difference is between versions (both loaded ok in xl2k for
me).

Maybe you could either steal a copy from a coworker's pc or reinstall client
access????
