cwbmw400.pst file

Does anyone know where I can find info on why when a .pst
is created it also creates a cmbmw400.pst located
c:\windows and this files function?
 
Never heard of such a file...do you have any add-ins installed that might be
doing it?

I've discovered that the cwbmw400.pst and cwbmw400.pab are
not part of Outlook, but installed with IBM - Client
Access Express version-v5r1mo. Thank you for your
response.
