One of the factors holding people back from water cooling is the availability of quality, affordable products. Aside from the “scare factor” another leading cause of people not implementing water cooling is size restrictions. It can become very difficult to fit all of the components necessary for a quality water cooling system within the average case. This is where the bay-res comes into play. Perhaps the greatest limiting factor based on size is the water reservoir; you want the benefits of a large volume of water, but you don’t have the ground clearance to fit such a device within your case. Luckily the bay-res seems to be the perfect solution; a CD-ROM sized device designed to hold water inconspicuously. Constructed of solid ¼” cast acrylic and coming with your choice of 3/8 or ½” barbs (straight or elbow) the bay-res seems hard to beat.
