cut and paste problems

I have got Windows 2000 professional, and have recently
installed MS Office 2000. However, when I try to transfer
info. from Office programs like word, to forms on the net
using the cut/copy and paste option, I am unsuccesful as
the documents and settings application does not seem to
register this command.

Any suggestions.
 
Not sure what you're trying to do, and I don't know what you mean by "the
documents and settings application", but if you install the free Google
toolbar you can use "Autofill" to fill in forms on websites.

You should also be able to copy text from Word to the clipboard and paste it
into a specific field on a web form....

If that doesn't address your question, post more info - and note that
m.p.win2000.general would be a better group for this question.
