Cut and paste a contact's info into body of an email?

I want to dump the comtact info in the BODY of an email.
I DON'T want to attach the contact or send a vcard...is
this possiable... if so how?
 
Switch to the Contacts folder. Choose a view that displays all the
information you want to include in the e-mail, or create your own view
if there isn't an existing one that matches. Right-click the contact
and drag it to the Inbox folder. When you release the mouse button,
choose "Copy here as message with text". A new e-mail message will
appear with all your chosen contact info in the message body.
