customizing times

I'm looking for a way to customize a few things in Outlook XP Calender:

1. Can I set a smaller time interval e.g., instead of just every half hour,
I'd like to be able to set appointments on the quarter hour?
2. Can I set a smaller time interval for reminders?
3. Is there a way to increase the number of available categories of labels?

3) No.
