Customizing Rules

Hi,
I have a user that wants to customize her rules. For
example, when she recieves an email that's mainly sent to
her she wants the email to be in a different color.

Also, when emails are going to her and she's in a
distribution list, she wants that in a different color as
well.

How can I accomplish both tasks?
