Customizing quick menus

Context sensitive menus open when you right click on folders or folder
content in windows explorer. I would like to change a couple of the default
actions in these menus. By default all music is sent to windows media
playlists and I would like the music to be sent to playlists of a program of
my choice. Does any one know how to customize these shortcut menus?

Look for this via Google: sendto powertoy. You can construct your own
Send To X but I am not sure that you can send to an internal function in
an application like the playlist.
