Customizing Menu/Toolbar

I was trying to create a menu and toolbar for my database. Somehow, I did
something that the original menu bar is disapeared and showing only the menu
bar which I have created. Now I am not able to see the tables and forms and I
can not edit them. I dont see any View in the menu so I can not customise the
menu bar. Probabely I had selected, "do not allow customising". My project is
not yet finished and I need to change a lot for that I need to see tables and
forms. When I try to open the databse files, it opens the page which is set
in startup and thats it. I dont see any option to see tables or forms or
actual database window. Can you please help me. I would be greatful to you.

Try opening the database while holding the Shift key.
