Customized toolbar gone - where stored?

Suddenly all of the customizations I made to my Outlook 2k2 toolbar are
gone. Where are these stored? Perhaps I can restore from backup?
 
Thanks. Had a good backup and now back to normal (at least my toolbar is
<g>).
