I am running Microsoft Windows XP Pro, Ver 2002, SP1 on
new Dell Optiplex GX270's. After I install MS Outlook
2000, SP3 and we try to customize it by clicking on
the "Customize Outlook Today" button nothing happens.
Digging in deeper it shows the generic error message "Not
enough memory". We have not problems with Outlook 2000
on a MS Windows 2000 box.

The following MSKB article may provide the fix in your case...

Sorry, I don't have an answer but I am having the same
problem. I'm on XP home though. The funny thing is that
the "Customize Outlook Today" feature did work at one
point but then stopped working altogether one day. I'm
suspecting it may have been a critical update that was
installed, but I can't tell.

Someone pls help -

Did you find a fix? My Customize Outlook today button
does not work on Outlook 2000 w/SP3on W2K. Thanks.

Conrad Screams and pounds his head on the desk wondering why nobody can read
the thread they post in.
