"Customize Outlook Today" doesn't work

I'm in Outlook 2000 and I want to change the settings in
my "Outlook Today" folder. I click the "Customize Outlook
Today" button but nothing happens. I have ran the Office
2000 repair several times. But it still isn't working. Are
there components of Outlook I should have installed, or is
there just something I'm not doing correctly?
